Job Description

The Opportunity: Support the President of Consumer Products in cultivating new business opportunities and maximizing the performance of existing licensees.
Position Description:
-Manages day to day communication with Licensees and Agents.
-In collaboration with our internal resources, create PowerPoint decks, one-sheets and pitch presentations.
-Coordinate and communicate with our studio partners.
-Assist in researching potential new partners.
-Prepare and coordinate budget related activities and interface with accounting on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of licensing for an IP owner- a must.
-Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office,especially Excel.
-Excellent written, presentation, and phone skills.
-Highly detail orientated and comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
-Exceptional organizational skills and able to complete work within given deadlines.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
-Ability to communicate, influence and build relationships with internal and external teams.
-Ability to work independently and in a team setting, with departments inside and outside the organization.
-Conversational Mandarin not required but a plus.
