Imagine having the opportunity to be the brand champion and marketing hub for one of the world’s most iconic brands – that is Peanuts! You will be working on projects that will help drive awareness. You will have an opportunity to partner with trade publications, managing events, supporting retail pitches to PR. This is a big job! Does reading this get you excited? Then it's time to join us as our Manager, Marketing and Communications.

What you’ll do:

•Serve as hub of marketing and brand initiatives, working with domestic, international, creative, and content teams to ensure alignment, drive global initiatives, and keep Peanuts front of mind with consumers
•Create, maintain, and organize sales, marketing, and retail pitches, including regular deck updates; oversee development of all sales materials, including sizzle reels, one sheets, premiums, etc.
•Oversee all social media strategy, working with Marketing Coordinator
•Maintain relationship with trade publications to ensure that Peanuts receives media attention within the licensing world
•Manage B2B, media- , and consumer-facing events (e.g. Licensing Show, Comic Con), including scheduling, catering, AV needs, and room set up
•Work with Current PR consultant to find best celebrity partners for promotion specials, blogger management, tentpole events, etc.
•Manage all PR requests when SVP is traveling
•Lead in the development, planning and executing of the overall marketing strategy

Job Requirements

What you bring:

•3-5 years’ experience in marketing communications (preferred B2B)
•Microsoft suite, including excellent PowerPoint skills. Knows how to put together a pitch deck and tell a story
•Excellent communication (Oral and written)
•Understands how to leverage Social Media to promote brands
•Highly organized and acute attention to detail


$70,000 to $75,000 plus 15%
