Job Description

Beanstalk has an entry-level opportunity for a recent law school graduate. We’re seeking a self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, has good judgment, is a team player and is ready to learn a lot about drafting and negotiating agreements related to brands and famous personalities. Responsibilities include: Negotiate and draft license agreements, vendor agreements, letters of intent, renewal amendments and termination letters. You will work closely with internal Account Managers, Clients and Licensees to provide legal guidance.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree and Law School Graduate. One year or internship experience in Intellectual Property required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
