Job Description

- Utilize SAP to run daily invoiced & open orders by account/licensor/property, etc
- Approximately 40% of the position responsibilities will entail running daily reports and pulling required data.
- Prepare & distribute monthly shipping recaps.
- Licensor liaison for on-order reports, retail selling, and UPC code reports
- Provide monthly/quarterly forecasts/risks & yearly budgets to all licensors
- Sit in on forecast calls with Vice President of Licensing as needed.
- Maintain historical data to assist in future forecasting and budgeting.
- Provide financial information and ad hoc analysis by licensor/property/size/gender for internal and external purposes.
- Work with sales to gain understanding of sales trends and new opportunities to factor into forecasts.
- Assist with Licensing Department presentations and projects as needed.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, finance or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in similar role involving business, sales & analysis.
- Character licensing background preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple data sources.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
- Ability to successfully collaborate with internal and external customers in a partnership to achieve goals.
- Advanced Excel & SAP skills.
