Job Description

We are looking for an experienced licensing professional that will support our Client Success team with a variety of tasks. We are a high-touch service provider that uses technology to support our clients in managing their licensing programs . Our software helps brands manage contracts, product approvals, royalties and much more. This role is considered front line support for our clients and you will solve basic technical problems and provide client support for all assigned areas. The goal of this role is to ensure that client value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Job Requirements

- 3+ Years of working in the licensing industry and understanding of the basic processes of licensing.
- Having a strong personality in taking initiative to resolve problems.
- Experienced Help Desk support
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer-service orientated
