Job Description

· Responsible for product submissions and approvals across all stages of development.
· Communicate with internal department members and external partners at all levels.
· Maintain multiple project and delivery deadlines.
· Learn brand initiatives / guidelines for various properties.
· Provide administrative support to licensing department.
· Maintain licensor pre and post-production samples.
· Ensure all legal requirements are met.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· 1-3 years industry experience in a corporate setting
· Ability to prioritize workload in fast-paced environment
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
· Professional interpersonal skills
· High energy
· Self-starter
· Strong sense of urgency and initiative
