GDC is headquartered in New York City with an office and our own state of the art sample room in Shenzhen, China. GDC produces over 40 million fashion accessories and customized promotional products annually for the Retail, Premium and Fashion industries including but not limited to:
- Children's backpacks, lunch kits, handbags and luggage
- Ladies handbags, totes, cosmetic bags and wallets
- Other accessory items such as umbrellas, hats and tech accessories
- Gift with purchase items for brands or private label

Job Description

- Work closely with the Director of Licensing to manage all current and upcoming licenses
- Oversee the approval process from concept to market
- Organize and maintain license sample report
- Assist in overseeing the direction, implementation, execution and continuous improvement of the licensing processes
- Update and manage all marketing materials and presentations
- Participate in company product development meetings
- Schedule, prepare, and attend licensor meetings
- Obtain style guides from licensors and distribute to the design team
- Coordinate tradeshow events
- Sustain a robust relationship with internal and external partners

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- 1-2 years in Data Entry related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel programs
- E-com experience is a plus
