AMC’s The Walking Dead Permanent Attraction at Universal Studios HollywoodAMC Network/Striker Entertainment

In the summer 2016, Universal Studios Hollywood launched “The Walking Dead” daytime attraction bringing the most popular show in cable history to life. Working collaboratively with AMC and with the show’s Executive Producer and Director, Greg Nicotero, the immersive year-round attraction is an authentic recreation of the hit series, inviting guests to walk in the footsteps of the post-apocalyptic survivors. Utilizing original molds, authentic walker make-up effects, sophisticated animatronic walkers, detailed costumes and props replicated from the show, the attraction delivers an uncompromised realistic environment that brings guests even further into the world of “The Walking Dead.”

FriendsFest 2016 was a faithful, imaginative and overwhelmingly successful extension of a classic TV brand. An immersive and authentic Friends experience toured six spectacular outdoor UK locations, supported by a strong national press and social campaign that attracted millions of press and social media comments, selfies and OMGs. Highlights included meticulously recreated sets, set pieces and features as well as a licensed merchandise shop, a hosted stage and numerous opportunities for fans to engage with the brand. FriendsFest 2016 over delivered in terms of content, consumer engagement and results and significantly raised the bar for experiential events in the UK.


Jurassic World: The ExhibitionUniversal Brand Development

Inspired by Universal Pictures’ Jurassic World, Universal Brand Development launched Jurassic World: The Exhibition, a 15,000-square-foot live experience that blends real-life science and education with the very best in high-quality entertainment. The exhibition made its world premier in Melbourne, Australia, and marked its U.S. debut at Philadelphia’s Franklin Institute. Created in close collaboration with renowned paleontologist, Jack Horner, the exhibition is infused with interactive educational elements—drawn from the real-world science of dinosaur DNA. Guests are transported to Isla Nublar, walk through the world-famous Jurassic World gates, and come face-to-face with the closest simulation of living dinosaurs ever created.
