These terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any such change will be deemed effective when posted.

As a service to the licensing industry and the general public, LIMA provides listings of licensing professionals, including listings of Licensing Agents and Licensing Consultants and other listings available in the Support Services Directory. LIMA is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not endorse or warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their sites. LIMA does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, content, products or services of all these and any other third parties.

Some of the services provided by LIMA via licensing.org, including the Member Resources, Licensing Directory, and job postings, are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals and business entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms and Conditions. By registering and using those restricted services on this site, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user id and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user id or password.

You can now pay your LIMA membership dues and register for LIMA events through the licensing.org site. By making a transaction using licensing.org, you understand and agree that LIMA may share information about you and your transaction with other companies for the purpose of processing your transaction, including credit card authorization and fraud prevention. LIMA and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate membership, remove or edit content, or cancel transactions in their sole discretion.

This site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. LIMA therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after a transaction has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

LIMA and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide LIMA’s Copyright Agent the written information specified below.
