Ricky Yoselevitz – Bio
As Vice President of Brand Strategy and Business Development at Seltzer Licensing Group, a Global Brand Licensing Consultancy, Ricky, is responsible for various aspects of the agency’s growth; overseeing all key account management, engaging in business development, and spearheading the creation and implementation of strategic licensing plans for a broad range of brands including the American Red Cross, Scotts MiracleGro, Peanuts (Charlie Brown), Dove, Suave, Breyers, Del Monte, Popsicle and many others.
Since joining the company in 2011, Ricky has played an integral role in the advancement of several clients’ licensing initiatives across various industry segments and product categories. Some highlights include: overseeing the expansion of Unilever ice cream’s (Breyers, Cornetto, Magnum, Popsicle etc.) co-brand product strategy into over 30 different countries and 100+ SKUs; extending The ScottsMiracle-Gro portfolio of brands into over a dozen new incremental categories; and on behalf of CBS/Showtime, facilitating the development and launch of a Cheers (the TV show) beer and Dexter inspired ice cream.
Prior to joining Seltzer Licensing Group, Ricky spent several years within the Editorial Assets & Rights department at Condé Nast Publications providing counsel on a wide range of contractual matters across their large portfolio of titles. Ricky’s pre-law background is deeply rooted in entertainment having worked in various roles across the entertainment industries including Viacom, Miramax, Sikelia Productions, Clef Records and CineticMedia.
Ricky is a George Washington University alum and graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law from which he graduated with a concentration in Intellectual Property. He is fluent in Spanish and is currently a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida bars.
