 STRIKER ENTERTAINMENT TAPPED TO OVERSEE

WORLDWIDE LICENSING PROGRAM FOR SCOTTGAMES’ “FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY’S”

Dallas, TX (October 21, 2015) – Scottgames, LLC announced today that Striker Entertainment LLC has been tapped to serve as the worldwide licensing agent on behalf of the video game franchise “Five Nights at Freddy’s” and its upcoming spinoff, “FNAF World.” “Five Nights at Freddy’s” is a series of horror-themed video games in which a player takes on the role of an overnight security guard at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, a family restaurant and game arcade. At night, the restaurant’s life-sized animatronic characters, including Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy, wander the restaurant. As the security guard, the player must keep a close watch over the premises, as surviving to 6am may prove to be the most difficult part of the job. Launched in 2014, the series includes three sequels and has been optioned by Warner Bros. for the development of a feature film. Worldwide sales of the game series have exceeded 10 million downloads.
“Scottgames is thrilled to be working with Striker Entertainment. Together, building off of the popularity of the Five Nights at Freddy’s games and Striker’s licensing expertise and proven track record, we will be able to grow the franchise in exciting ways”, said Scott Cawthon, Owner and Manager of Scottgames. “I would not be here without the support of the FNAF fans and am personally thankful for them and their love of these games. I am eager to work with licensees to take things to the next level, and am confident that Striker is going to be a great partner in helping to accomplish this.”
“We love the characters and game play of “Five Nights at Freddy’s” and have felt the groundswell of fans of this series clamoring for quality products”, said Marc Mostman, Partner at Striker Entertainment. “We look forward to working with Scott to provide customers worldwide with the products they desire.”
The series that made popular the term “jump scare” enters the consumer products realm with a host of licensed products. Striker will work closely with Scottgames to develop and build a global licensing program with best in class licensees to ensure the highest level of quality and authenticity for the ground-breaking video game series. Licensees recently signed include Bioworld for apparel and accessories; Funko for toys, plush and collectible figures; Just Toys for impulse and novelty items; and Sanshee for convention merchandise. “Five Nights at Freddy’s” products will hit specialty retail channels this fall, with a full roll out of partners and products in early 2016.
