LIMA Japan held its annual general meeting on Tuesday 14th March at the Agora Higashi Nihonbashi meeting venue in central Tokyo. The meeting was officiated by LIMA Japan chair, David R. Buckley (President, Copyrights Asia) acting as AGM chair. 55 companies (including 31 proxies) with voting rights out of the total membership of 81 companies attended.  A quorum was achieved which allowed for the transaction of AGM business.  Of the business matters discussed and agreed upon, two new directors were elected to the board (details here).

Following the AGM, a networking party was held at a nearby Japanese restaurant, attended by 40 members, who enjoyed industry-talk over free-flowing drinks and charcoal-grilled foods for more than 2 hours.
