Christina Attardo
Marketing Manager - LIMA
As LIMA's Marketing Manager, Christina Attardo heads up the flip program on both the East and West Coasts. She wears many different hats at LIMA, from working on Public Relations efforts and the BottomLine newsletter, to running educational programs and planning all flip events, seminars, and charity endeavors. She also serves on LIMA's Gala Committee, as well as the Charity Committee.
A diehard Penn State football fan, Christina's favorite initiative at LIMA was putting together the Collegiate Sports Licensing Seminar: An Insider's Look at Promotional Branding, with panelists from Ohio State, Collegiate Licensing Company, ESPNU and the NCAA.
Christina joined LIMA in 2006 from Major League Baseball, where she was a part of the Investigations department working with trademark infringement cases. Her experience in the sports industry also includes positions with the National Hockey League in Publicity and with the New York Rangers. Christina attended Penn State University and received her Bachelor's degree in Journalism from New York University.
Outside of LIMA, Christina donates time to the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, as well as the American Cancer Society's "Relay For Life" in Hoboken.

Jennifer Coleman
Senior Vice President, Marketing & New Business Development - LIMA
Since Jennifer Coleman joined LIMA in 2003, she has spearheaded a number of successful projects including a re-branding and update of the website, the launch of Certificate of Licensing Studies (CLS), a year long education program as well as the creation of flip to introduce newcomers to the business of licensing. In 2002, Jennifer founded GEE! Ventures Inc, which specialized in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for emerging brands in the licensing space. Her clients included Britt Allcroft Productions, Endless Games, as well as Marathon Animation. In August 2008, Jennifer was named LIMA's Senior Vice President, Marketing & New Business Development.
Prior to joining LIMA, Jennifer was the Head of Marketing for Gullane Entertainment (now HIT Entertainment) and was responsible for turning around the stalled Thomas & Friends™ brand; working closely with the licensing team to increase revenue more than 300% in four years, so that the property now generates in excess of $500 million in annual US retail sales. She has also worked in marketing management for retailers Discovery Zone FunCenters and Country Road Australia and got her beginning taste for brands and licensing working in corporate marketing for Chanel, Inc.
Jennifer is a graduate of Lake Forest College and holds an MBA in marketing from Rutgers University.

Glenn Hendricks
Vice President, Business Development, Licensing & Merchandising - SloaneVision Unlimited, Inc.
flip started out as a vision of Glenn Hendricks to empower, entice and secure those still new to licensing to commit to the industry, make a career out of it, and help it to evolve over time.
"As I found myself becoming a 'veteran' of the industry, I noticed many new faces at industry events, but not too many taking advantage of LIMA. I felt someone needed to establish a sub-group to LIMA catering to the 'younger, newer members' of the industry. That is where flip was born."
Glenn has a long-standing relationship with LIMA, having served two terms as a member of the Board of Directors. He remains active with the Association, including his work as a member of the Gala Committee.
Glenn started his licensing career as VP Worldwide Licensing at O.S.P. Publishing, the largest trend merchandise company in the US. He also worked for Sony Wonder, the children's and family entertainment division of Sony Music, as VP Licensing and Merchandising.
During the past 15 years, Glenn has played the role of designer, manufacturer, licensing agent, licensor and branding expert at SloaneVision Unlimited, Inc. As Vice President of Business Development, Glenn is responsible for attracting new clients with a focus on art/design licensing and to extend the reach of existing clients through new categories and strategies.
Glenn earned a BS in Visual Communications/Advertising from Illinois State University in 1986.

Todd Kaufman, flip East Coast Advisor
Coordinator, Brand Management - The Beanstalk Group
Todd Kaufman is the East Coast flip advisor and currently serves as a member of the LIMA Gala Committee and the Charity Committee. His work on the latter focuses on recruiting flip members to volunteer for special events through Children's Brain Tumor Foundation, LIMA's charity of choice.
In August 2007, Todd began a new position as Brand Management Coordinator at The Beanstalk Group, where he assists in the management of their new partnership with Universal. Prior to this position, Todd worked as the Licensing Coordinator for Dan River Inc., managing the licensing process for some of the top brands in children's entertainment and designer fashion.
Todd is a graduate of New York University and has since been invited back to speak at his alma mater. In his spare time, Todd enjoys watching his beloved Mets, all things Seinfeld, reading, and marathon training, which he does through the NYC chapter of Team in Training to raise money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Ethan Collings, flip West Coast Advisor
Manager, International Licensing - JAKKS Pacific, Inc.
Ethan Collings loves licensing. In fact, he loves it so much that that he actually has a licensed property tattooed somewhere on his body. But he won't tell you which property, or where it is tattooed, because he doesn't want to run afoul of the dozens of trademark lawyers that roam the streets of Los Angeles like feral dogs.
As the West Coast flip advisor, it is Ethan's job to be the eyes and ears of the program on the other end of the country. For his full-time job, he works in Malibu at Jakks Pacific, Inc. where he is Manager of International Licensing. He has a very large map of the world on the wall of his cubical which makes him feel both important and geographical. He has been involved in the licensing world since 2004, before which he worked in medical and social research, which was nowhere near as fun as licensing, had no swag potential and could at times be downright depressing.
Ethan has a BA in Communications from Pepperdine University, which is also located in Malibu - but don't worry, he is not a snob.
