Job Description

LEGO is looking for a Licensing Manger who will drive LEGO Licensed Soft Goods business and brand execution with a specific focus on Target and Walmart. The right candidate will collaborate across all internal and external stakeholders including retailers, licensees, design and license partners to deliver best in class programs. We need someone with a strategic and operational approach; someone who creates the vision and makes it happen!
Deliver excellence in licensee partner relationship management including contract negotiations, annual forecasting and business plan review, balancing commercial targets with strong product execution in line with LEGO brand values. Represent LEGO as the key interface between the licensee and the brand
Sell in and engage licensee and retail partners with LEGO’s strategic, creative and brand direction. Align feedback from the market which tailors execution to be brand right while adding value for both licensees and retailers.

Job Requirements

• Experience in developing consumer product portfolios
• Licensing business and/or fashion experience gained either from licensor, brand or retail
• Experience in value chain management: business development, selling-in, retail and marketing .
• Robust stakeholder management
• The ability to strategize and analyze with an excellent understanding of market knowledge and insights
• Engaging communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Travel - approximately 5 days per month
• Flexibility to operate outside normal working hours
