Job Description

The Creative Licensing Coordinator will play a critical role in helping to manage and grow the Licensing business, and will be responsible for:

Coordination of product development, quality assurance procedures, and marketing materials
• Coordinate product, packaging and marketing approvals across multiple categories (i.e. apparel, accessories, housewares, etc) overseeing development from concept to final delivery
• Manage information flow and generation of relevant project data
• Gather information for the creation of product development schedules including key milestones, statuses and priorities in process
• Create and maintain product bibles for all licensees including line lists, timelines and product photos

Providing support and information to key licensors and licensees
• Organize and update partner information
• Support specific requests from licensees including providing brand assets
• Maintain and present regular updates and status reports
• Send licensees creative materials and refresh of new materials as available
• Gather and understand licensee goals and product details in order to communicate to licensors
• Assist with brand marketing support including on-line and social media
• Assist with development of brand decks and other licensing presentations

Generation and management of data and product development
• Consolidate, coordinate and maintain data such as product development process, stages and timelines
• Ensure product lines are on time and meeting deadlines set forth
• Attend product development meetings and write clear and concise recaps and next steps following
• Schedule product development meetings with licensees ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
• Set up seasonal line reviews and maintain stockroom of contractual samples
• Assist in development of creative materials – designer capabilities being a plus

• Computer Proficient: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
• Preferably with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop capability
• Completed college degree
• Preferably 2-3 years of related experience, managing consumer product and packaging development from concept to final delivery
