Job Description

Beanstalk is seeking a highly organized, proactive and creative individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow. This role suits someone with a passion for brand development, attention to detail and a strong interest in CPG brands.

The Role
The position is based in Beanstalk’s Miami office in Brickell. The Coordinator will work closely with a team of five, as well as with other Beanstalk Brand teams in NY, London and externally with Clients and Licensee partners to facilitate the approval process for licensed products. This requires the coordinator to ensure all product submissions are in-line with brand equities and guidelines working on various web-based approval systems depending on client needs.

The Coordinator position requires pleasant telephone manner, strong organizational skills, ability to balance workload and meet deadlines. The Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting team members through a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: making travel arrangements, expense reports, attending meetings and compiling agendas, formatting/editing presentations, managing incoming/outgoing mail, running office errands and special projects as assigned.

The Coordinator will have other areas of responsibility in which to grow, such as: supporting account teams in the development of licensing programs by researching product categories and industries, developing lists of potential products and partners, assisting in the development of sales materials and participating in presentations, supporting day-to-day needs of clients and licensees.

Job Requirements

What You Need
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and minimum one-two years of business experience in marketing or branding preferred. Must speak Spanish and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems. Packaging or product development experience and design skills are a plus.
