Job Description

Art-focused brand licensing agency is seeking an art- and brand-passionate sales, marketing and social media maven to assist in our sales, lead generation and marketing efforts.

Ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent people skills and adept in sales, brand and market research, customer outreach, social media, writing and design. Previous experience in licensing, fashion or related field is preferred.

Core responsibilities include:
• Researching new business opportunities, prospecting and generating leads
• Assisting Brand Strategist in opening and/or closing sales
• Developing social media and marketing strategy independently and with team
• Designing, coordinating and optimizing social media campaigns (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), email marketing (MailChimp) and website (Squarespace)
• Assisting in development of printed marketing assets
• Putting together pitch decks / creating and organizing marketing materials
• Writing and distributing press releases
• Performing general office duties as needed (handling correspondence and packages, answering phones, scanning documents, filing, etc)
• Assisting Product Development Department in various tasks as needed

Job Requirements

Skills requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and telephone and email etiquette; letter writing and follow-up skills required
• Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, visual and communication skills
• Self-starter/independent worker with ability to make decisions and solve problems creatively and to also work collaboratively and positively with a team
• Knowledge of and interest in brands, fashion and art
• Ability to create and modify images and documents using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of SEO a plus
