Job Description

Scott Brothers Global is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs for a celebrity brand. This position focuses on increasing brand relevance, growing brand engagement, and bringing to life innovative marketing concepts and solutions.
The Vice President of Marketing oversees creative strategy and development of all marketing communications and programs to drive traffic to our websites, social media and retail partners. All efforts must ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints and follows brand standards and objectives.
Being successful in this role will require great communication and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and exceptional attention to details.
• Leads strategic development of brand marketing plan and calendar to increase brand relevance, drive profitable sales, increase visitation, and create interest/excitement for the brand.
• Leads development of analysis of marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
• Develops and implements marketing and advertising strategies based on promotion, brand, and menu objectives.
• Oversees all websites, social media, newsletters and email blasts to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitors and analyzes performance of marketing initiatives for continual optimization.
• Oversees the planning and execution of the marketing budget.
• Develops marketing collateral for use by licensees, retailers, internal teams and others.
• Develops, executes, and manages social media strategies, goals, objectives, analytics and initiatives.
• Stays informed of and assesses industry trends, new platforms, and innovations.
• Directs social media engagement to harness the power of social communities (e.g., analyzing what people are saying, etc.), gain insights, and connect with customers, fans, and critics.
• Attracts, retains, and develops highly effective professionals and support staff.
• Drives the establishment of performance goals and provides on-going feedback, coaching, and development to enhance the team's performance and capability, to facilitate open communication, and to encourage continuous performance improvement.
• Assist in the development of trade show booths to maximize brand messaging and exposure.
• Take on special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership, communication, project management and organizational skills.

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively. Maintain attention to detail while working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem- solving skills. Ability to be flexible, adapting to shifting priorities on multiple assignments.
Previous experience supervising and managing a marketing team/department
Previous experience developing and executing marketing strategies for a celebrity or high-profile brand
Highly proficient and skilled in developing and analyzing all required analytics, including in-market performance of the brand and social media analytics
