Job Description

Scott Brothers Global is currently seeking a dynamic Brand Director to drive sales of our licensed products. This role will focus on building relationships with our licensees and retail partners to build world class branded programs. The Brand Director is responsible for developing and executing programs with our licensees and retail partners to drive profitable sales growth. Being successful in this role will require great communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and exceptional attention to details.
• Develop strong relationships with Licensees and Retailers to oversee implementation of overall licensing program strategy.
• Oversee and assist with creation of licensing program timelines, calendars, and weekly reports to keep the team updated on contracts and varying phases of execution of programs and projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional internal teams, including Public Relations, Social Media, Marketing and Accounting.
• Participate in annual budget development and quarterly revenue reporting and forecasting.
• Preparation of industry research to assist with identifying new opportunities and areas of growth.
• Assist with the development of and ensure adherence to Scott Living brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Oversee preparation for Licensee meetings and tradeshows. Coordinate trade show involvement, including hiring of vendors, shipping / logistical coordination, and managing meeting schedules.
• Manage samples and inventory for tradeshows and other events/meetings.
• Take on special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication, project management and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic and creative, with a willingness to assume challenges with poise and personal integrity. Ability to interact in a professional manner with internal and external partners at all levels.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively. Maintain attention to detail while working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem- solving skills. Ability to be flexible, adapting to shifting priorities on multiple assignments.
The Ideal Candidate will have 6+ years experience in retail buying or sales, preferably in the home space.
