Job Description

Zazzle is looking for a dynamic manager to drive licensing partner growth. Prior experience managing and growing accounts is a must plus a passion for consumer products, pop culture, fashion, entertainment brands, and people!

The candidate will be an expert juggler of priorities with great attention to detail and follow through combined with a proactive approach and positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer products licensing for entertainment brands.

The specific job responsibilities are:

Oversee a number of licensed partner accounts such as Disney, Marvel, Warner Brothers, and Hasbro.
Daily management responsibilities include:
Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting
Sales analysis and forecasting
Store merchandising
New product submission management
Work closely with Product Creative team to develop robust content offerings
Coordinate store launches for new partners
Work with with Marketing to create plans to drive growth and customer engagement
Analyze partner data/trends to optimize content and search terms
Work with business development to identify and pitch to new strategic partners
Perform other duties as requested from time to time

Job Requirements

Prior account management experience, ideally for entertainment properties
Prior experience managing others and working within cross-functional teams
Excellent communications and customer/account management instincts
Strong reporting and spreadsheet skills
Aptitude with online tools
Some experience with online marketing
Able to think big picture, but also willing to do whatever it takes to drive the business
Educational requirements:

College degree, or equivalent experience
