Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit license, representation, and consultant agreements for clients, including Fortune 100 companies
• Oversee day-to-day contract flow and trafficking of agreements both internally and externally to clients and licensees
• Liaise with clients’ in-house counsel to approve revisions to boilerplates and apply legal best practices
• Utilize comprehensive contract management software (License Maestro) to merge deal terms into long form contracts, and ensure all database information is accurate and organized
• Work internally with Sales and Brand Management teams and effectively communicate with senior executives
• Generate various status reports, including reports to track expiring contracts, and issue follow-up correspondence to licensees
• Perform all administrative tasks necessary for the position, including filing, mailing, scanning, etc.

Job Requirements


• This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3-4 years’ experience in contract management, copyediting and/or paralegal work; direct experience in the Licensing Industry is a plus
• Candidate must be highly organized and able to work independently
• Must be able to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative, as are strong oral and written communication skills
• This position is best suited for an individual who learns quickly and can take ownership over all aspects of the position


Salary Range $50K-$60K, commensurate with experience
