Job Description

Condé Nast International: Acting Manager of Licensing, Restaurants
CNI Restaurants are looking for an Acting Manager of Licensing to work closely with CNIs restaurant partners and senior Condé Nast International (CNI) teams.

The role will be to manage existing licensees and assist them in all aspects of the operations, design and marketing process while promoting and protecting the brand at all times.

Job Requirements

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Main point of contact for all CNI restaurant partners; monitor operations of all partners to ensure brand- compliance and consistency across the portfolio including operations, design and marketing activations
Brief, support and manage the creative delivery process for current licensee offering.
Point person for license contract-, performance-, and royalty-management
Provide brand marketing support to partners including but not limit to; design conformation, logo usage, brand associations and all external communications - main liaison between CNI country partners, licensee partner and PR
In conjunction with Director of Licensing evaluate and develop business expansion opportunities incl. business development and negotiation of agreements
Collation of monthly reports for senior management team.
Availability to travel internationally.
Ad hoc research projects, business development and administrative duties.

Essential Skills & Requirements
Previous franchising/licensing experience is necessary.
Previous experience within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Proven experience managing and running licensing projects end to end.
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with licensee partners from different geographical and cultural backgrounds.
Strategic thinker with high standards and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
IT literate – must be proficient in PowerPoint / Keynote and windows-based packages.
Passionate about Condé Nast brands.
International experience a must.
Ability to travel internationally.
