Job Description

• Spearhead the creative development for new accessory brand, brand collateral including brand books, one sheets, brand and marketing collateral, branding and advertising guidelines, packaging design, seasonal brand campaigns, product design consultation and ideation, style guide development, pitch decks and sales materials
• Develop Brand guidelines and standards for all brand communications; deliver to licensees and drive implementation of brand standards worldwide
• Deliver brand tools to partners including Brand Books, Brand Guidelines, Trend Guides and/or Style Guides, seasonal and/or annual campaign assets
• Develop seasonal campaign assets for relevant brand that meet brand, business, and licensee needs
• Develop key sales and brand collateral for trade shows and partner meetings
• Develop branding (look and feel) for brand across all media, including digital, online, packaging, POP merchandising
• Develop and maintain the brand toolbox (physical and digital); assure materials, including content, copy, visuals, etc. are current and accurate
• Provide strategic creative solutions that support marketing and business needs (i.e. Brand 2.0 Vision, collaboration recommendations, etc.)
• Partner with Brand team and licensees to make sure that brand standards and product design are consistent, compelling, and relevant to competitive landscape
Identify ongoing content needs and collaborate with Marketing Director on all video production and development
• Lead creative kick-off for new project development; clearly articulate deliverables and timeline
• Support business development team on all pitch materials
• Lead vision and creative development for all integrated campaigns including concept development, presentation to internal and external teams, and solicitation of input and buy in from key brand stakeholders
• Act as creative director and/or provide oversight and direction to photographers and talent on all photoshoots
• Partner with Marketing on campaign creative and content budgets; consult with Ops team on selection of creative talent including photographers, models, influencers, videographers, etc. to assure project has clear ROI and delivers on marketing and business needs

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in brand development, brand marketing or licensing program management
• Must exhibit strong presentation and graphic design skills for developing and designing brand presentations for a fashion or accessory brand. Particularly: Brandbooks, style guides, packaging, brand identity presentations, new product concept presentations, mood & design boards and trend analyses presentations.
• Must have strong knowledge and be proficient in adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe.
• Must have great design sensibility and strong sense of visual merchandising
• Proven track record in brand management.
• Fashion licensing and global brand experience a must.
• Strong research skills
• Excellent verbal communication, written communication and presentation skills.
• Must exhibit excellent attention to detail and good organizational and follow-through skills.
• Must have strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness and ability to travel as the role requires
• Must have a clear vision of how to execute creative ideas.
• Advanced skill in Graphic Design software and execution.
• Ability to recognize common fashion trends.
• Experience w bags, accessories, watches, jewelry a plus.
• Knowledge of competitive markets
