Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Director Marketing Operations, the Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day creative asset production across ABG’s portfolio. This includes producing seasonal campaign shoots, e-commerce shoots, PR editorial stills among other content.
The Production Manager will assist and ensure projects are on time, on budget and are executed in accordance with the specifications of the brand.

• Manage and schedule all creative asset development including, advertising campaigns, look book shoots, editorial/PR stills and video content.
• Manage creative development process from budget establishment through to production and final delivery of the content such as still photography and video.
• Support cross-functional team (Creative and Marketing) to provide ideas, solutions, and best practices to execute relevant projects on budget.
• Complete all required paperwork for projects including purchase order development and approvals, invoice processing, etc.
• Produce seasonal presentations based on design and marketing creative direction that could include fashion presentation, shoot management, talent bookings, set production, set installation, logistics, etc.
• Work with team to coordinate samples for any one-off requests from partners for local shoots or events.
• Create and maintain production related documents including process, contact reports, call sheets, etc.
• Manage and over see talent castings, booking or artists, photographers, studios and locations. Schedule all travel, transport of products/goods and over see the execution on location/set.
• Negotiate vendor rates, fees, and usage; manage accurate estimates, project approvals, invoices and contracts.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3-year experience in production planning.
• Relationships with model agencies, photographer.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, manage budgets and coordinate timelines.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft office.
