Job Description

We have been growing rapidly and are seeking to widen our reach and partnerships with a variety of new Licensors. The Artist Partnership Associate will assist the team in achieving revenue targets and successfully grow the licensing program to help iCanvas secure and develop long-term relationships with most talented creative individual from all around the globe.
We are seeking a self-motivated, high energy, creative sales oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work on licensor solicitation and recruitment

Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
• Maintain and manager licensing database and workflow via CRM in NetSuite.
• Daily management of communications with artists, while simultaneously contacting new artists.
• Responsible for licensing process workflow and recruitment from prospects outreach, sample requests, follow-ups, communication, portfolio review to proposal generation.
• Participate in art portfolio review with marketing (Weekly or Bi-Monthly review)
• Work with Licensing Director and Marketing team to develop and draft deal proposals.
• Work with the Director of Licensing to actively secure new licensing partnerships and promotional partners.
• Update and maintain, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting of pipeline progress and other on-going projects.
• Communicate with internal department members and external partners at all level
• Provide support to Licensing department.
• Meet or exceed monthly pipeline and revenue goals.
• Develop systems and processes that will scale artist interaction with iCanvas and increase iCanvas brand awareness among artists.
• Study industry performance, marketplaces, trends, market share, and other key market analysis.
• Supports Director of Licensing on various licensing deals, initiatives and process improvements to optimize efficiency of our licensing practice and workflow.
• Attend relevant Tradeshow.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years in sales and/or licensing experience.
• Solid understanding Microsoft Office Suite; use of CRM and other collaborative software systems
• Savvy & diplomatic relationship builder with a lot of charm!
• Goal- and results-driven
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Capable of working on several projects simultaneously and maintains flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients and coworkers
• Candidates who are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to exercise sound business judgement
• Must possess a positive can-do attitude and think proactively.
• Multi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish/French/Russian)
• Experience in/ understating of the licensing industry is a plus
