• Job Description Working as the Business Affairs Manager for this top advertising firm, you will be the key interface and liaison with in-house and external legal teams, actors and their representative bodies, and local government regulatory organizations. You will troubleshoot the creation and production process of and make sure that projects are managed effectively and on-time.

• Requirements Already working in a Legal Affairs, International Licensing or Business Affairs position (4yrs+); Project Management-related role focused on compliance in an Entertainment company; or experience with a Film Production Company, Record Label, or Digital Entertainment in rights management. Bi-lingual with native-level Japanese and English (written and spoken). Detail focused, calm in a crisis, at your best under pressure; able to multi-task, smart negotiator, understands the art of the deal, deep integrity. This role requires new-school thinking and a hands-on approach. Candidates should be highly collaborative, have a strong detail focus, and are willing to do whatever it takes to make great work.
