Job Description
· Identify and assess new licensing opportunities in accordance with the licensing strategy including; researching, pitching, negotiating and fully executing licensing contracts
· Prepare and deliver great presentations and sell concepts to decision-makers
· Develop and present quarterly business reviews
· Attend all trade shows and Licensing Show to present company to potential partners
· Develop and manage PR initiatives; working independently and in conjunction with client’s PR departments, including writing and or editing press releases and preparing message points
· Analyze brands that make the most sense to partner with
· Develop annual new business and existing business budgets and semi annual forecasts, to insure that business objectives are being met.

Requirements
· 5+ years experience working with licensed apparel or accessories
· Confidence and assertiveness to find new business opportunities
· Professional verbal and written communication skills – ability to connect and build relationships with clients
· Understanding of the current retail landscape with an eye to future trends
· Good researcher of companies and the ability to connect with decision
makers
· Proven experience in closing licensing deals
· Ability to review/interpret retail sales data and apply to maximize brand/licensing opportunities.
